How are things going? They're not going good. Well, they're going good but my results aren't showing what's going on, which is kind of a shame. It's a pretty fun situation I've got to put together here quickly. Obviously you would have loved to have the title wrapped up already but will this be the type of situation that brings out the best in you? I hate the fact that it's like this, but any time that I've had more pressure I've run my best. At World Indoors, I was the very last person to make the final. The amount of time that I almost missed that final by you can't even clock if you started and stopped a watch. But then, I ended up breaking the American record and the championship record. And I only had an hour to turn it around. To what do you attribute that ability to rise to the occasion? I think it helps that I'm a U.S. athlete because we always have these pressure-type situations. This is kind of like a norm for me. We have the Visa Championship series every year, and you can get points leading up to the championship, but it's your last performance that can guarantee your win. Two times I have gotten there with no points and ended up winning the title. I'm really just trying to starve the negatives right now and feed the positives.
