Fan of all things track since 1983 when I started college at the University of Oregon and first saw Joaquim Cruz run the 800 and Mary Decker Slaney run the 3000. Now I burn thousands of miles a year up on Interstate 5 between Eugene from Portland.  Always with my own running shoes for a spin on Pre's Trail, Amazon, or the Valley River Loop before or after a meet!
